Dane Arck

OWNER

Since 1999 Dane has been working in the construction industry. He founded Arck Construction in January 2018. He is graduate of Pittsburg High School and attended Pittsburg State University. Dane is proud to call Pittsburg home, where he resides with his wife Mandy and where they raised their two children, Brody and Greely.

 
 

Danny J. Arck

CONSULTANT

Danny is a lifelong resident of Southeast Kansas, where he’s developed an impressive career in the construction industry. He graduated from Pittsburg State University and has since been employed by, led, and co-owned general contracting companies. At Arck Construction, Danny is behind sales, project management, and client development.

 
 

Neil Oglesby

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Neil began his life construction in 1994 aspiring to be a structural engineer. He decided after 1 semester he enjoyed working the job more than class work. Neil started with a company erecting buildings all over the area. After 9 years he quit and started his own company. Neil operated his company for just over 19 years. During this time he met Dane and Danny Arck. He erected buildings for a few years for Arck Construction. Their relationship grew and he got offered a job. In October of 2021, Neil came to work here at Arck Construction where he has enjoyed managing and running projects. Neil also has a wonderful wife and 5 great kids. He is an active member at Faith Assembly of God in Joplin, MO. He is part of the praise team at Faith Assembly where he is honored to play the bass guitar. In his free time he enjoys bow hunting and pheasant hunting. Neil has lived in Galena, KS for about 30 years and has served as a council member for 3 of those years.

 
 

Kaehler Watkins

ESTIMATOR | PROJECT MANAGER

Kaehler is a graduate of Pittsburg State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, working on DIY projects, and watching sports from high school to professional teams. Kaehler has over 24 years of construction experience in commercial, industrial, and historic renovations. He is proud of the work he has been a part of and enjoys knowing the impact it has made on the community. Kaehler is a member of First Baptist Church in Galena, KS.
